Jennifer Provencher is a corporate attorney with the law firm of Dreier Stein Kahan Browne Woods & George LLP in Santa Monica, California. She has represented many clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of transactions relating to corporate formation and governance, growth and development, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and securities-related issues. Over the past several years, Jennifer has also volunteered with many non-profit organizations, assisting in formation, exemption and governance issues as well as fundraising and event planning. Prior to joining DSK, Jennifer was a corporate attorney at Vedder Price Kaufman and Kammholz in Chicago, Illinois.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness – Nutrition, Public Health and Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law.
While Jennifer and her husband Mark loved Chicago, they longed to be near the beach. They are now enjoying the sand and the surf in Marina del Rey with their fox terrier, Kaya.
