Michelle is an Account Executive at the Russ Reid Company (part of Omnicom) and specializes in the strategic planning, creative execution and performance analysis of Direct Response marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations. Michelle was awarded the "Make it Happen" award at Russ Reid for her success in a recent Christmas Catalogue campaign that is expected to earn her client, World Vision, a record-breaking $18 million.
Prior to entering the marketing field, Michelle was an Account Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, where she put together complex insurance and risk management programs for large non profit organizations, such as California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pepperdine University, The Huntington Library, University of Southern California, Rose Hills Foundation, and Chapman University. She is a licensed insurance broker and holds the prestigious professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
Michelle has spent nine years working for and with nonprofit organizations, including serving as a direct service volunteer, staff member, consultant and strategic partner. She has furthered her committment to the nonprofit sector by joining the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and is now completing the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program, where she interned with Create Now!
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She graduated with the distinction of Cum Laude.
