Experience Create Now’s Work
Join us for the 3RD annual production of “L.A. Street Scenes”
!
Experience “LA Street Scenes 3: Everyone Has a Story” -- a compelling and powerful theatrical experience that depicts the true moments of those who live and die on L.A.'s streets.
NEW! We're excited to announce that our host will be internationally renowned Smooth Jazz saxophonist Michael Lington. Michael will be mingling during our VIP Reception. We’re delighted to have Michael with us and encourage you to read more about his involvement with Create Now.
The stories were developed as part of Create Now mentor Diane Namm’s ongoing Write Now workshops and are brought to life on stage by professional actors, on April 30th at Edgemar Center for the Arts.
This event includes a silent auction featuring a signed Yamaha saxophone by Michael Lington (which includes a private lesson!), a guitar from the Counting Crows, Nike golf clubs, winery tours, weekend getaway packages, and much more.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO BID! Download the Auction Listings, Auction Rules, and Pre-bid Credit Card Form now!
Proceeds from the event ensure that we are able to fulfill our mission of helping transform the lives of high-risk and at-risk youth through creative arts mentoring, education, resources and opportunities.

Vivian Campbell and 10 Lucky Auction Winners at Lola's, West Hollywood
Special thanks to Def Leppard lead guitarist Vivian Campbell for donating an evening on March 7th to have dinner with ten of his fans. Vivian graciously gave his time and promoted this opportunity on his websites.
As a result, ten lucky winners flew here from all over the country for the chance to enjoy a scrumptious dinner and martinis with Viv at Lola's in West Hollywood. The décor and service were also impeccable, allowing everyone to share a magical night that they'll never forget. Best of all, essential funding was raised so that we can maintain our programs and reach more troubled youth through the arts.

Fifteen individuals, families, groups and schools pitched in to sell lemonade on our behalf throughout Los Angeles County.
