Nina went back to teach them how to make "Thanksgiving Journals." Then she brought her friend Stephanie Wayland to help the kids make holiday ornaments and keychains. Nina said, "As the weeks go by, our fun, trust and creativity blossoms."

Tracy Chin is the Volunteer Coordinator at Upward Bound House. "Since I started working at UBH, I've never seen the kids so engaged in activities. Nina and her friends do a great job at providing fun and exciting projects for the kids to participate in and they really enjoy it!"

10 year-old Kithan said, "I loved it because I got to be so creative."
