Become a Partner Agency

If you represent an agency in Southern California that serves youth in need ages 2-21, you can become a partner with Create Now to receive our free programs and services, which include:

1. Teaching Artists

Dependent on funding, we are able to place artists, musicians, writers, and other professionals at your facility or school to teach guitar, dance, graphic design, fashion, song writing and much more. Funded programs are usually 12-16 sessions long and can take place once or twice a week.

2. Volunteer Mentors

We match local artists and other types of volunteers, such as those teaching life skills, with our partner agencies. All matching is done using both volunteer and partner application information that is provided and is based on availability. Volunteer mentors provide presentations and/or can teach a variety of workshops that range from one-session to one-year or longer. Create Now provides training, arts materials and equipment.

3. Cultural Excursions

We distribute tickets to concerts, plays, museums, circuses, magic shows, film studios, sporting competitions and unique cultural events at premiere venues in the region. We ask that youth create cards and/or letters to our donors after participating so they learn to show their gratitude, develop their creative skills and let our donors know they made a difference.

4. Resources

You will receive notices right to your inbox about scholarships, arts contests, internships, free supplies and much more that you can share with your clients.

All Create Now programs culminate with parties for the youth. Each child usually receives a gift bag with special Certificates of Completion and other lasting souvenirs.

Create Now's mentors come to you based on your schedule and needs. Our free programs take place at your facility or school.

We provide curricula, arts supplies and equipment to all of our teaching artists and volunteers. However, you will need to have the space and staff to supervise the programs. We ask for your help to take photos and videos of our arts projects in action (except for those youth who are Wards of the State and not able to be identified) and to provide testimonials about the impact of Create Now's programs.
